1 cup amaranth
2 ½ cups vanilla-flavored rice milk
2 cups bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup walnuts, chopped

In the Instant Pot, combine all the ingredients, except for the walnuts. Stir.
Seal the cooker and select the pressure cook option.
Cook on high for 4 minutes.
Use the natural release option to release the steam from the cooker. Carefully open the lid and stir in the walnuts before serving.
